This is the original motsunabe from a long-established restaurant in Osaka that has been in business for over 20 years! It takes 12 hours to make a special broth, 2 hours to prepare domestic wagyu beef offal, and carefully selected vegetables from the production area to create our delicious motsunabe! In addition to motsunabe, we also serve tonnabe, tonshabu, and chicken nabe, all of which are based on a special broth, so you can be sure they taste great!
